Error message when trying to uninstall NP 18.00.FP1c
Message: Novapoint 18.00.FP1b (18.0012.000) must be present to use this update.
To do:
- Run “cmd” to open a command prompt window
- Copy this text(32-bit): reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{8E3E7592-144D-458C-9969-88C38ED22A2F} /v DisplayVersion /f
- Copy this text(64-bit): reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{8E3E7592-144D-458C-9969-88C38ED22A2F} /v DisplayVersion /f
- Paste into command window, press enter.
- Now you can uninstall 18.00.FP1c
